Demi Lovato

Demetria Demetria "Demi" Lovato grew up in Dallas, Texas. Her parents are Patrick Martin Lovato and Dianna Dela Garza. Demi was a small actor as a child in the show "Barney & Friends. The two landed the role in the movie Camp Rock in 2007. They had a small part on the Disney Channel's 'As the Bell Rings'. Demi began to write songs for the Camp Rock soundtrack during filming. Since since then, she's been releasing individual albums. Lovato has been cast as Sonny with a Chance in 2009 in a different Disney Channel program. Later, they became an on-air judge of the reality program The X Factor in 2012 and 2013. Their mother Dianna Lovato was a country singer and songwriter. She is also an ex- Dallas Cowboys' cheerleader. Amber was their half-sister who comes from the father's family.
